Once your order is placed and payment is verified (bank transfer) or confirmed successful (credit card), the order status will be updated to in delivery process (if shipping is required).

Status update notifications will be sent automatically to your registered email.

You can also check your order status via the My Orders page in your Jago Infra account.

1–2 business days: For payments verified before 5:00 PM (WIB), with products ready for shipment according to the queue.

More than 2 business days: For payments verified after 5:00 PM (WIB), with products ready for shipment according to the queue.

Pre-Order / Indent: Items are not ready for immediate shipment and will be delivered based on the estimated time stated in the product details.

Delivery schedules cannot be requested or customized.

Delivery speed cannot be accelerated.

For courier shipments, tracking numbers can be viewed via the Order Information page.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout; address changes are not allowed once the order is placed.

If the recipient is unavailable, the package will be redelivered on the next scheduled delivery.

If there is an error in the address details (house number, RT/RW, landmarks), please contact Customer Serviceimmediately so we can inform the courier.

Free Shipping: Available for selected Jakarta areas only.

Self Pick-Up: You will be given a pick-up schedule and asked to confirm your arrival time.

Courier / Expedition: Shipping fees are displayed according to the courier option selected.
