In this Agreement, “User” refers to any individual or legal entity, whether an Indonesian citizen, foreign national, or legal body, with the ability to access and use JagoInfra.com / JagoInfra.co.id for the purposes of obtaining information or conducting transactions.
This includes Users who have registered as a Registered User or those who pay for certain services that may be provided by the sites. By using the services of JagoInfra.com / JagoInfra.co.id, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments that may be made from time to time.
Jago Infra reserves the full right to determine, modify, or terminate any part of its services without prior notice. Product prices may change at any time, and stock availability is subject to current conditions.
Jago Infra also reserves the right to limit or grant different levels of access to each User, as well as to add or remove features without prior notification. In the event that the site is partially or completely inaccessible for any reason, Users agree to release Jago Infra from all claims or liabilities.

Users are fully responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts and agree to release Jago Infra from any claims arising from violations of these Terms and Conditions.
All content on JagoInfra.com and JagoInfra.co.id, including names, logos, designs, text, images, and systems, is the property of PT Jago Infra Technologies and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use, modification, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing or product information error, Jago Infra reserves the right to cancel any order, including those already paid for, with a refund issued for the amount paid.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. If a product does not match the description and is unused, Users may return it in accordance with our return policy.
Product availability is subject to change. In the event of an out-of-stock or pre-order condition after payment, Jago Infra will notify the User and offer a refund or alternative solution.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will first be resolved through amicable discussion. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
